Frequently Asked questions about our products

A canvas print is a digital image printed onto canvas material using an inkjet printer. The canvas material is then stretched over a frame and fitted with hardware allowing it to be hung on a wall. Canvas prints can be framed or hung frameless, depending on your preferred look.

An acrylic glass print is a digital image printed onto a panel of acrylic using an inkjet printer. The acrylic panel is then coated on the back to create an opaque finish. The acrylic glass print is fitted with a frame and hardware allowing it to be hung on a wall. Acrylic glass prints are similar in appearance to framed paper prints, but much more resilient, and, since they use optically clear acrylic glass, light refracts through the print, giving the art substance and depth.

Our canvas prints are printed on canvas material made from a blend of strong synthetic fibres, before being stretched.

The canvas material we use is guaranteed to never deteriorate or sag over time or in humidity. We print with high-quality inks that are UV resistant, and their archival properties mean that mean that they can last up to 120 years before they start to fade. Our canvas frames are constructed with strong supports and are reinforced with industrial glue and staples. All of this is to ensure that your artwork will be something you can enjoy for a lifetime!

Our canvas prints will be stretched onto frames which are 4cm in thickness. Our “unstretched” images are printed on to the canvas which is then stretched on to a frame.
You do have the option to request an unstretched image in which case the canvas will come rolled in a tube. Otherwise, your canvas will be stretched on the frame with cord and hooks at the back.

The main difference is that the Gallery Finish gives a high-end professional finish! We carefully hide the staples and loose ends on the back of the canvas as well as providing small fabric wall paddings on each corner to protect your walls from any possible damage.
A Standard Finish however is exposed, and the staples not hidden. The finished result will not affect how your canvas looks on the outside once hanging on your walls.

Acrylics with the frames will add 3cm overall to each length.
Canvas with the floating frame will add 5cm overall to each length.
