What does it cost to ship my canvas print artwork?  We're no longer able to offer free delivery but our shipping prices are still very competitive!  And Brisbane customers can save freight costs and collect their order from our Brisbane factory 7 days a week! 

MAIL OR COURIER?  Any prints up to approximately 75cm in length (or width) will be shipped by Australia Post.  Items that are longer than 75cm will be sent by courier.  You are able to see your shipping cost before you pay for your item/s.

STREET ADDRESS OR P.O. BOX?   Your nominated destination can be either a street address or a P.O. Box address although it will need to be a street address if your print is longer than 75cm as this is a courier stipulation. 

TRANSIT TIME?   Due to an early pre-Christmas rush, our turnaround time is now approximately two weeks and then the transit time is generally two days if on the eastern seaboard of Australia and up to five days for W.A. and N.T. and some country Australia destinations. 

PROTECTION?   Our canvas prints may not be as fragile as glass framed prints but they are still breakable so we care to ensure your print is packaged to avoid any damage through handling during transit. All prints are wrapped in bubble wrap and where necessary a strong backing board is placed against the front of the canvas to protect the canvas.

COST?   Your freight cost is based on the weight of your order and on your location.  The cost will be clearly shown when you get to the "View Cart" stage (before you need to enter any personal information) and you can then choose regular or express delivery.   

PICK UP?   If you would prefer to collect your order from our Brisbane factory, just choose the "picking up" option when you check out and then naturally you will save as there will be no shipping cost. 

As the freight cost is based on weight/length, and each canvas print is a different weight according to the size and shape that you choose, we have provided the table below to give you an indication of what your freight cost will be.  

We've grouped the costs broadly into Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large size prints and you'll see when you View your Shopping Cart that sometimes you'll pay no more in freight by ordering an extra print.

Here's an example:  If you choose a Square print which is say 33cm x 33cm in size, this would be a Small size print and the Regular Delivery freight cost to NSW would be $8 as it weighs only 400 grams (ie. less than .5 kg).  If you were to order 3 prints, the freight cost would be $25 but if you were to order 4 prints the freight cost would still only be $25 as the weight of 4 prints would remain between 1 and 2kg.
