All Canvas is not the same!

When you upload your photo file through our website, your image will be printed on superior quality 100% polyester canvas which will not crack around the edges and will not sag or disintegrate over time like cotton or linen canvas material.  We will use UV resistant inks which have been proven by Epson not to fade for 120 years. Your printed photo will be sprayed with 2 coats of protective lacquer to seal the ink and to protect the canvas from moisture, mould and abrasion and you'll be amazed at the light weight of the supplied backing frame, made of high quality kiln dried pine and professionally constructed with bevelled edges. No more worrying how you're going to hang heavy traditionally framed images on your precious walls.  With that knowledge we can focus on any editing of your photo that may be necessary.

 

WHAT WE DO AUTOMATICALLY WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR PHOTO?

When we receive your uploaded photo with your chosen options we will check to ensure that the canvas frame size you have chosen will be suitable to create from the file size you have uploaded. If there is anything you have requested which needs further discussion we will contact you.

What we will do automatically is:

• Resize your image (as per your chosen shape and size)
• Retouch your image if necessary, for example remove red flash in eyes (as per your request in your comments)
• We can brighten, sharpen and improve clarity and even straighten horizons
• Picture wrap your print (so your image will appear on both the front and the sides of the frame)
• Create the finish at the back of your canvas in either Standard or Gallery - this option will be available to you to choose after you have uploaded your photo. 

 

WHAT ELSE CAN YOU REQUEST?

When you send us your uploaded photo you can include personalised requests from the selection below.  These requests can be done to your single canvas print or to multiple prints if you are ordering more than one copy of your photo.  Or we can combine variations, for example you may like to have your photo printed once in colour and a second print in black & white.  We will check to ensure that the requests you have chosen will be suitable to create from the file size you have uploaded and if there is anything you have requested which needs further discussion we will contact you.

You can also request us to:

• Convert your image to Black & White (no extra cost) - view a sample
• Convert your image to Sepia (no extra cost) - view a sample
• Crop your image (cropping means cutting off some or all borders to focus on your selected subject ($25 modification fee) - view a sample
• Extend edges of your image so that it appears as if your photo is wrapping around the edge but you are not losing any of the picture from the front of the canvas ($10 per edge fee applies) - view a sample 
• Enhance your black & white photo with spot colour, for an eye-catching creation ($25 modification fee) - view a sample
• Enhance your photo by either removing particular background images or parts of images ($25 modification fee) - view a sample
• Enhancing facial/body images such as teeth whitening, blemish removal, slim downs, etc ($25 modification fee) - view a sample
• Create a montage of photos (a montage is combining more than one photo on to one canvas) - view a sample
• Giftwrap (for prints up to 40x40cm only) - either one or all of your canvas prints, ready to send as gifts to your friends or family ($9.50 per canvas) - view a sample
